Meet the newest member of the family, Cheddar Cheese!
Julie and I adopted Cheddar Cheese from the Everett Animal Shelter today. He is a very large cat, almost twice the size of Kiwi, our 14 year old black kitty. He is very, very affectionate, and has already claimed the washer as his own! Kiwi isn't exactly thrilled about her baby brother (who is approximately 7 years old) but I know in time she will come to love her new playmate. Or at least tolerate him.
How are he and Kiwi getting along?
ReplyDeleteCheddar is a wuss. He won't fight back, he just goes and hides. It's better now that they each have their own "territory". Kiwi does get jealous if we pet Cheddar and she doesn't like him on our bed at all. (neither do I) A 17 pound cat on your feet just isn't good...last night he was chewing on my toe!
